Health
is important. When one is ill, one is unable to enjoy life. As a result, one
miserable and down, to be healthy and to remain healthy requires that on follow
some simple rules.
There
are germs everywhere in the air when breath, in the food we eat, in the liquid
we drink and on the clothes we wear. There are simply everywhere. Some germs
are harmful and some are not. It is the harmful ones we have to watch out for.
They are the one that cause diseases.
Thus
it is important we do not allow these harmful germs to attack us. In other
words we must follow hygienic habits. We wash out hands before and after eating
clean freshly cooked food. We keep our clothes and personal thing clean. We
brush our teeth and wash our bodies regularly. We drink boiled water. We
breathe fresh air. We don’t give harmful germs a chance of endangering our
health.
Flies,
mosquito’s dirt farces and the like are to keep far away from us. Thus we keep
our house surrounding clean. We keep mosquitoes and insects from biting us.
Simple
sanitary habits like these go a long way in keeping as healthy.
